Eli and the Pumkin Patch

We headed back to the Pumpkin farm this weekend and picked out 3 great pumpkins. Eli was a pumpkin maniac and he chose all 3 of our pumpkins (after some persuasion by Mommy that rotten pumpkins were not, despite how cool they were, going home with u s). He also pulled the pumpkin wagon for most of our pumpkin patch excursion (which was probably a 1/2 mile round trip). Eli especially loved going down the hill pulling the wagon and would giggle and shout "Go Fast". After we found our special pumpkins we headed over to visit Eli's favorite pony Bill, only to discover that Bill was taking a nap in the pony trailer! Eli was a bit worried about this until Sam explained that Bill was taking a nap, "going night-night", and wearing his pajamas (because we have to wear pajamas to go night night). He then made friends with a pony named Flash and went for a terrific ride! We had such an amazing day. We love spending time with our boys out and about!

OK, I can understand the love of rotten pumpins, they are squishy and that is cool! I can relate to Eli pulling the wagon for the long haul...he has been pulling his wagon all over the neighborhood and park for months. He is a champion wagon master.

The picture of Eli on "FLASH" is a trainers dream. The boy has his off hand on his thigh, and is looking forward, not down! He is obviously a natural born rider. I am assuming he gets this from his momma. There could be a big furry beast in your future.

Love to all,

Gromma
