There is a wonderful pumpkin patch/orchard in Champaign where we picked our first Illinois pumkins last year with an 11 month old Eli. We headed out again this past weekend but we never even made it to the pumkin patch. We spent all our time in the fabulous family fun area where Eli got to go on his first ever pony ride. He loved it. Eli wasnt scared for a single second and looked totally enthralled the entire ride. He has been talking about it ever since. His ponies name was Bill and Bill was one terrific pony! We are headed back this weekend to actually get our pumpkins and of course visit Bill!

Oh ELi,
It does your Gromma's heart good to see you on a pony. I hope to have the opportunity when you are older to take you on some horse adventures. Maybe we can get your momma back in the saddle again!
