Ancient Egyptian at rest!

Eli and I took a special trip to Chicago in March to spend the day together at our favorite museum: The Field Museum of Natural History. Eli and I are big time history lovers and this was our 3rd trip to the field museum! We got to explore ancient Egypt, Genghis Kahn, dinosaurs, ancient plains indians, insects, and mummies. We spent over 4 hours in the museum and it was wonderful to listen my big boy share his insights, thoughts, and ideas. We liked our getaway so much that we will head back to Chicago in August...just the two of us!
